  • CONTEMPORARY (WITH LARAY, LILLY, TK, AND MC)

    Step into the world of Contemporary Dance at Anthem Live Studios, where movement meets emotion and creativity knows no limits. Our class blends modern choreography with expressive technique, offering dancers a chance to explore fluidity, strength, and freedom in motion.

    Dance with multiple choreographers throughout the month. Join us and discover the art of storytelling through movement in an inspiring and supportive environment.

  • JAZZ FUNK (WITH MC)

    This high-energy class fuses the sharp, dynamic movements of jazz with the infectious beats of funky pop music, creating an exhilarating dance experience. Perfect for dancers of all levels, you’ll master sizzling combos, explore expressive body isolations, and unleash your inner funk. Whether you’re looking to perfect your technique or just have a blast, our Jazz Funk class will leave you energized and inspired. Bring your passion, your rhythm, and get ready to groove like never before!

  • ADVANCED HIP HOP (WITH LARAY)

    Step up your game in our Advanced Hip Hop Dance Workshop with LaRay, designed for dancers ready to push their limits and refine their skills. This dynamic class dives deep into fast-hitting hard-hitting hip hop sequences that challenge your agility, precision, and musicality. Experience the smooth transitions of R&B slow hip hop, where every move tells a story and your control is key.

    This class is for dancers who are ready to own the floor, elevate their craft, and leave it all on the stage. Come prepared to sweat, move, and connect with the music like never before.

  • ALL LEVELS HEELS (WITH TK)

    Join us at Anthem Live Studios, voted Best Dance Studio for Adults in Colorado Springs, for our Heels Dance Class! This ALL LEVELS dance class teaches sultry choreography from our talented Dance Instructor, TK.

    Open to all skill levels, our class is a celebration of confidence and self-expression. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or taking your first step in heels, this class is for you!

    Drop-in for just $18 or commit to your confidence journey with a monthly membership for $60!

  • TURN UP FITNESS (WITH ALE)

    Turn Up isn’t JUST a workout program. It’s a rapid growing movement where we PUSH LIMITS and BARRIERS that we have set for ourselves, we come together and empower one another to stop playing small and to live the lives we desire. We simply use fitness to move us forward. These workouts are intense, fun, and life-changing, incorporating HIIT (high intensity interval training) strength training, and dance. Our motto is Live Loudly, Evolve Unapologetically, and Dance Ruthlessly! Every class is beginner friendly!

Our Instructors

  • Tashana "TK" Kelly

    For the last 20+ years, Tashana “TK” Kelly has performed, instructed, and inspired on an international level in almost every genre of dance. Using dance as a catalyst for mental health advocacy, TK infuses body positivity into every aspect of her work. From choreographing headlining concerts to theatrical performances all across the United States, TK has become a pivotal visionary along Colorado’s Front Range, continuing to bring to life the visions of regional artists and organizations.

  • Marie-Christine "MC" Emond

    Originally from New Brunswick, Canada, Marie-Christine (MC) trained in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, and hip-hop. In 2008, she auditioned for the first season of SYTYCD Canada and got her golden ticket to attend the finals in Toronto. With over 20 years of experience teaching dance, she enjoyed sharing her passion in various dance studios across Canada. After moving to Colorado, she joined the Kinect Dance Collective (KDC) and trained with the professional dance company for two years. She is the owner and choreographer of Rhythm and Flow offering drop-in dance classes for adults.

  • LaRay Garner

    LaRay Belanger began dancing at the age 16. He has since been dancing professionally for the last 6 years after his scholarship for Show Choir Camps of America. During this time, he had the opportunity to study under Chelsea Hough (SYTYCD Top 10 season 15 ), Sheree Harper, Corey Anderson, Tyne Stecklein, and Casie Tynee Goshow. His dance style is inspired by the likes of Aliya Janell, Michael Dameski, and Sean Bankhead. He has enjoyed assisting and teaching his own classes in Hip Hop, Jazz, and Contemporary here in Colorado at Roots Studio and Colorado Ballet Society.

  • Lilly Parsons

    Lilly grew up training in multiple dance styles with Ormao Dance School as a part of their student repertory company for ten years. Lilly has had the opportunity to train bicoastally in New York City with David Dorfman Dance and in Los Angeles with Los Angeles Contemporary Dance Company in their intensives. Currently, she is a junior at Colorado College, where she is a choreographer and dancer for the school's Dance Workshop. She was recently commissioned by the Colorado Springs Pioneer’s Museum to create a dance work for their new permanent exhibit.

  • Ale Olivas

    Ale is originally from Mexico, she studied contemporary dance at the Faculty of Arts from the Autonomous University of Chihuahua. Ale began her journey in hip-hop two years ago and consequently she became a Turn Up instructor. Ale is a former member of DEIMOS, a contemporary dance company in Mexico. She also represented her country at the Festival of Cuban Arts with Deimos. She is certified in Ballet level six by the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD).
